I have hardly had a minute to blog much myself but hello to all back home. We are having a good time and soon to head out to watch Ghana versus Zambia at a local 'spot.' We have been busy. Today we took part in the school worship which was amazing and very charismatic and loud. Then Mrs Gibb and I shared some of our teaching ideas with the teachers at Headlines but really we have as much to learn from them if not more. Then we were treated to an amazing cultural display of project work with pupils telling the story of the Trokosi (find out what that it) and some examples of cultural dances. We will teach them some of ours on Friday. We had a planning meeting about next years project and some topics that came up were: mock elections, adinkra symbols and kente weaving, the cotton story, climate regions/change, weather, stories in the nursery and more. Let us know your ideas. David is coping well and enjoying himself alot but also looking forward to home.
