At the Airport
Hey. We are all at Edinburgh Airport now and ready to catch our flight to Accra. We had a good flight yesterday. It was Loganair's 50th anniversary so we were treated to a glass of sparkling wine and cupcakes on the flight so we picked a good day to leave! David just about survived the flight with Eric and Avril again but we were all ready to say goodbye to them and leave them with Granny when we got to Edinburgh! They are having a good time with Granny. We checked into our travelodge and had some dinner. I don't think the standard matched Pizza Hut according to Egon Ronay/David Coleman but it was quite good. Then we headed into town to watch Chronicles. It was good but quite strange. It had some fun special effects. Then we were off to bed and up again at 7:30 for breakfast which was nice. Then final packing and off to the airport again. Waiting around with a coffee to board for Amsterdam. It will be a long day but we should get to our hotel in Accra about midnight tonight!
